Dr. Nirshila Chand, DrPH, MPH is a Mission-Driven Public Health Specialist dedicated to improving Health Outcomes for our communities locally and globally. Health care is a Human Right!! Our public health ecosystems and sectors have tremendous possibilities to continue redesigning equitable services, innovation, and entrepreneurship to improve the quality of life and outcomes for all of us.

She advocates for improving community healthcare access across Ages, Genders, and Racial groups. She also supports addressing the social determinants of health (education, economic housing, financial, and other social barriers) that impact children's, women's, and men's health outcomes In the United States, individuals fall under different health care systems based on insurance, and sheI believes every person deserves to have similar access whether you are on Medicaid or private Insurance. No one deserves to pay out of pocket!!
