Ep 66: Deep Dive on Social Wellbeing with Olga Gabris - Part 2
Have you ever just wanted to rip-and-replace, burn-it-all-down-and-start-over your career, relationships, where you live (NOT in an arson-y way, people!) … maybe your whole life? 🤔
Change isn’t easy, especially BIG life changes 🫣. One of the big things that shift and change with big changes is our social wellbeing. We don’t always think about it that way, though. We don’t think about the new social spaces, networks, and friends that we gain and lose when life changes occur.
Even with just a change in employer: Most adults make friends through work, sometimes a change at work means a big shift in your friend circle.
This week on A Coach, a Nutritionist, and an Expert Walk Into a Podcast, Dr. Helena Fowler, DCN, Mike Krause and Jamie A. Watson, LMFT, RPT-S are joined by Olga Gabris, writer, producer, and film director.
➡️ We’re taking a deep look at starting over, BIG life changes, relationships, boundaries, and obligation … and how alllll of that influences our social wellbeing.
