In a world where our connections are increasingly digital, how do we define (let alone measure) true social wellbeing—beyond likes and followers? What if the metrics we've chosen to value are missing the most meaningful aspects of human connection?

This week, we’re doing Part 1 of a deep dive into social wellbeing. Mike, Helena and Jamie are joined by none other than the wonderful, insightful and creative Olga Gabris. We’ll be diving into alignment, purpose, fulfillment and positive boundaries; we’ll explore the highs and lows of social media; and Olga shares her powerful story of leaving a successful career in tech to leap into the pursuit of her passion and purpose: Bringing awareness to mental health through screenwriting and filmmaking.
