Physical Wellbeing might be one of the first things we think of when we hear “wellbeing”. But we rarely think about Career Wellbeing … sure we spend a lot of time thinking about our careers, just not necessarily as an aspect of wellbeing. It’s not uncommon to simply accept whatever Career lot we’ve been given. Yet, our wellbeing can be dramatically impacted by both our physical health and career. This week Mike Krause, Dr. Helena Fowler, DCN and Jamie A Watson, LMFT, RPT-S dig into both Physical Wellbeing and Career Wellbeing. We cover a lot of ground for a primer!
